Blending with suspense and romance, The New Adventures of Chor Lau Heung is a costume kung-fu serial that tells about the legendary life Chor Lau Heung, a popular character created by the well-known novelist Koo Lung.
Chor was bored with his secluded life. He decided to revisit his friends with his mates. When he tried to help his good friend Cho, he was wrongly accused of murder and stealing of Cho's precious sword. Cho's daughter Sang (Yung Mei Ling) had also been killed. Chor's good comrade, Hung(Wai Tin Chi) also been forced to work for the Master Bat.
Master Bat (Yum Tat Wah) was ambitious and wanted to overthrow the Emperor. Chor could not help but give Master Bat a hard blow.
